Proposed natural flavour carpacci : this is the speciality of our UN –SMOKED line of tuna, swordfish, octopus, that keep their round and particolar tone. To the ones that will prefere a slighly touch of smoke, Tuna fish and Swordfish are also available as well as the norwegian salmon or the scottish one, treated in a way that the smoke is well balanced without prevailing on fish taste. All trays are antifog,  non-slip , anti UV.
